How long a custom pool takes.
Construction typically runs about ten to twelve weeks once permits are in hand. Design and approvals come before that, and they vary by municipality.

We start with a call, then visit the property. From that visit we produce a custom 3D design and present it in our Davie showroom, where you can see the finishes alongside it.
Permitting
Timing depends on the city and county reviewing the plans. We prepare the documents and guide the process, but the schedule belongs to the municipality.
Construction stages
Roughly ten to twelve weeks of work on site, stage by stage.

Weather and inspections
Rain and inspection scheduling are the two most common reasons a week moves. We tell you when that happens rather than letting the calendar drift quietly.
